Returns and disputes

As-is is the default

Unless a listing states a warranty in writing, equipment on the marketplace is sold as-is. That is the normal footing for used commercial equipment.

When a seller does offer a warranty

A warranty appears on a listing only when the seller states one in writing there. It is the seller's own obligation, not Norpex's.

How a reported problem is resolved

Report a problem on the order page within 3 business days of delivery, with photos — see Buyer protection for what is covered. Norpex reviews every report, may ask for the item back, and refunds from the held payment.

Refunds

A refund is paid from the payment Norpex is holding on the order. A refunded sale does not charge the seller's commission or processing fee — see Fees and payouts.
