About Norpex

Norpex exists because buying for a commercial kitchen in Canada meant choosing between American giants that treat the border as an afterthought, and local dealers with great service but 2005-era websites. We built the third option: a Canadian supplier with a real online catalogue, real prices and real people.

We sell new commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant supplies from the manufacturers we carry, alongside our own Norpex brand. Right now the catalogue lists 15,562 products from 185 brands. Used equipment is sold separately, in the marketplace.

Every product page shows the price, or says the item is priced on request; whether it is in stock or a special order, with the supplier's lead time where one is published; and whether it can be bought online or goes to a quote. Where the manufacturer publishes them, the model number, dimensions and weight are listed too. Large equipment is priced by a person on a quote with the freight included, so you see the delivered total before you commit a dollar.

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Mississauga and from distributor warehouses across Canada; no showroom, pickup counter or walk-ins.
