Price match

What qualifies

• The store is a Canadian business that sells online in Canadian dollars and ships to your postal code from Canada.
• It is the same brand, the same model number and the same configuration (voltage, phase, gas type, size).
• The item is new, in stock and can be bought on their website today.
• We compare delivered prices: their item price plus their shipping to your postal code, against our price plus our delivery to the same postal code. Tax is left out on both sides.
• You ask before you buy. Orders already placed are not adjusted.

What doesn't qualify

• Marketplaces and auctions, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace.
• Clearance, liquidation, open-box, refurbished, used, demo and discontinued items.
• Coupon codes; member, trade or sign-in-only prices; bundles; financing offers; and prices given in a quote.
• Stores outside Canada, prices in US dollars, and obvious pricing errors.

Limits

• We don't sell below what an item costs us, or below the price a manufacturer allows its dealers to advertise. When a claim runs into either, we tell you and decline it.
• One unit per claim. Need more? Say so on the form and we'll confirm the quantity with you.

How it works

1. Send the form below: the link to our product, the link to theirs, their item price and their shipping to your postal code. A screenshot helps.
2. A person checks it, usually within one business day.
3. If it qualifies, we email you a payment link at the matched price, good for 7 days.
4. A matched price is paid by Interac e-Transfer or bank deposit. Card and pay-over-time options aren't available on a matched price.
