How you pay
A purchase is one listing at a time — choose a listing and pay for it, rather than building up a list first. Payment is by card, through Stripe Checkout.
What is on the price
The price at checkout is the item, a live freight rate (or $0 for a pickup-only listing), and tax — GST, HST or PST as applicable. There is no separate processing fee added for the buyer; that fee is paid by the seller.
Only through Norpex
Paying, or asking to pay, outside Norpex — e-transfer, cash, cheque, crypto, wire, PayPal or anything similar — is not allowed. A message that asks for it is blocked and recorded against whoever sent it.
If a sale is refunded
A refund on a paid order is handled under Buyer protection and Returns and disputes, not by arranging it directly with the other side.
