What we collect
Running the marketplace collects:
- Your account email and name.
- A seller's business details, pickup address and private phone number.
- A buyer's delivery address and phone number.
- Messages sent through the marketplace.
- Order and payment records.
Card details are not one of them
Stripe handles your card details. Norpex never stores them.
The private phone number
A seller's phone number is for Norpex to call. It is never shown to a buyer before a paid order.
Why we use it
To run the marketplace, arrange freight, handle a reported problem, prevent fraud, and keep the tax and legal records a business has to keep.
Who else sees it
Only as needed: the other party to a paid order, Stripe, Freightcom and the carrier it books, and the provider that sends our email. Norpex does not sell personal information, and does not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. We keep enough of a record to meet tax and legal obligations, and we will say so if that limits a deletion.
