Buyer protection

What is covered

An order that never arrives, or one that is materially different from its listing — the wrong condition grade, the wrong model, not working the way the listing said, or missing parts.

Reporting a problem

Use "Report a problem" on the order page within 3 business days of delivery, and include photos.

What happens next

Norpex reviews every report, may ask for the item to be sent back, and refunds from the held payment — the item, the freight and the tax.

As-is does not mean unprotected

An as-is listing is still covered if it misrepresents the item. It is not covered for wear that matches the condition the listing stated.

Damage in transit

Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and report it within 3 business days. Norpex booked the carrier for this order, so Norpex files the carrier claim.

Seller warranties

Where a seller lists a warranty in writing, that warranty is the seller's own obligation, separate from this protection.
