Condition grades
Every listing carries one of six condition grades:
- New — unused.
- Like new.
- Very good.
- Good.
- Fair.
- Poor.
Tested working, and NSF
"Tested working" means the unit was powered up and ran when the seller tested it. An NSF flag reflects the unit's certification as manufactured.
Warranty, or as-is
A listing carries a warranty only when the seller states one in writing. Otherwise the unit is sold as-is.
Model-number autofill
Entering a model number pulls details from Norpex's own catalogue data. That autofill is a starting point, not a guarantee — correct anything that does not match your actual unit before you publish.
