What Norpex is, and is not
Norpex operates the marketplace and collects payment on a seller's behalf. For a listing from an independent seller, that seller is the seller of the item — Norpex runs the platform and handles the money, but the equipment is theirs.
Accounts
Sign in with a link sent to your email — there is no password to set or lose. Buying or selling on the marketplace requires that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. Selling has its own requirements beyond that; see Seller terms.

What Norpex is liable for
Norpex reviews a problem with an order the way Buyer protection and Returns and disputes describe. Beyond that, Norpex is not liable for indirect losses — lost profit or business interruption, for example.
Changes
This agreement changes when what Norpex does changes. A change takes effect on the date shown at the top of the page it is on.
