Short answer
Before signing, count the pieces against the delivery receipt and inspect every side of each crate or pallet for crushed corners, punctures, torn wrap or triggered tilt indicators. Note any damage on the receipt in specific words, take photos while the driver is there, and call Norpex the same day.
Write exactly what you see, such as "crate crushed at rear corner, unit door dented", rather than a general word like "damaged". A receipt signed with no notes makes a damage claim much harder.
If the packaging looks fine but you suspect damage inside, open and inspect the unit as soon as possible and keep the packaging, since a carrier may want to see it.
