About this item
- Southern Pride's large gas-fired, wood-burning rotisserie smoker: six 3-tier hangers carry 72 ft2 of racks, room for 84 pork butts or 96 whole chickens in one load, for high-volume barbecue and catering.
- A 150,000 BTU burner heats the cabinet and lights 2-3 fireplace size logs, and the rotisserie brings eighteen 12" x 48" racks to the door, moved on by a button or a pneumatic foot switch. The digital thermostat runs from 140 to 325°F.
- Check before ordering: Before ordering, have your gas fitter confirm the supply: it burns natural gas (4.5 to 10.0" W.C.) or LP (11.0 to 13.0" W.C.) through a 1/2" NPT inlet. Electrical is 120 volt with 15 amp wiring and a NEMA 5-15P plug. At 94" long, 67.88" wide and 77.63" high, and 2000 lb in its crate, check the floor load and every door on the route. Its venting has to follow the owner's manual and satisfy your local authority.
- (6) 3-tier, 3.5″ (89mm) spacing, hanger assemblies 72 ft2 (6.69 m2) cooking surface.

Description
Convection Air System
The 150,000 BTU (44KW) burner heats the smoker cabinet and ignites the 2-3 fireplace size logs in the firebox to obtain the desired flavor, aroma, and texture. The convection fan draws the smoke from the firebox and circulates the smoke throughout the smoker cooking cabinet. The Subterthermic® front or rear flue increases the smoke flavor of the product, increases the heat efficiency, and reduces the wood usage.
Smoker Interior
The entire smoker interior is stainless steel ensuring easy cleaning and decades of trouble-free use. The smoker comes standard with (6), 3-tier rack hangers that hold a maximum of (18), 12″ x 48″ (305 x 1219mm) nickel chrome plated product racks with 3.5″ (89mm) spacing.
Manual Digital Control Panel
The standard digital thermostat allows for cook temperature selection between 140° to 325°F (60° to 163°C), and will maintain consistent temperature throughout the cook cycle. The rotisserie can be advanced by pressing and holding the rotisserie advance button, or stepping on the rotisserie foot pedal for hands-free operation.
Smoker Exterior
The smoker exterior is stainless steel ensuring easy cleaning and decades of trouble-free use. The convection fan access door allows the convection fan blade to be accessed from the outside of the smoker for easy cleaning to guarantee proper airflow and to prevent the convection fan motor from failing.
