As-is is the default
Unless a listing states a warranty in writing, used equipment on this marketplace is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. That is the normal footing for used commercial equipment and it is why the price is what it is.
Where a seller does offer a warranty, the listing says how many days and what it covers. That warranty is the seller's obligation, not Norpex's.
Why there is no Norpex return window
A return policy is a promise by whoever took your money. Norpex does not take payment for marketplace equipment on this website, holds no funds and cannot reverse a payment made directly to a seller — so a Norpex refund window would be a promise this business cannot perform, and we will not publish one.
Agree the terms of a sale, including anything that happens if the unit is not as described, with the seller in writing before money moves. If Norpex brokered the deal, ask us to put those terms in the quote.
Norpex Certified units
A Norpex Certified marker means a Norpex inspector physically examined the unit and recorded what they found on the date shown in its condition report. It is a record of an inspection, not a warranty, and it does not extend a warranty the seller has not given.
Freight damage
Damage in transit is settled with the carrier, not the seller and not Norpex. Inspect the crate and the unit before you sign the delivery receipt, note any damage on the slip, and photograph it. Signing a clean receipt makes a freight claim very hard to win.
If something goes wrong
Tell us anyway. Norpex reviews the seller, and a seller who misrepresents equipment stops being able to list here — that is the leverage this marketplace actually has, and we use it.
