Blast chillers are built to drastically lower food temperatures to safe levels in just minutes by rapidly circulating cold air throughout the chamber. They can accomplish this significantly faster than traditional refrigerators and freezers, that can take hours to sufficiently freeze a product. Blast chillers are also known to produce fewer and smaller ice crystals on products while also minimizing bacterial growth on food since it’s chilled much quicker.

This blast chiller is constructed out of a robust stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion and includes a glossy finish inside. A simple electronic key pad gives you complete control over the different settings such as hard/soft cycles, freezing, defrosting, and more. Interior grid racks are also removable for easy cleaning.
