Prince Castle – Extended Holding Bin 2×3 – EHB23

The Prince Castle EHB23 is a 2×3 extended holding bin with a six-pan capacity (1/3 size pans, included with 3 lids). The mid-size configuration adds 50% more holding capacity over the EHB22 while maintaining the same low 11.4-inch profile, making it ideal for operations that need more menu variety without stacking vertically.

Patented multi-zone temperature controls double your hold times by creating the perfect environment for each food type — fried foods stay crispy while cooked items remain tender. Timer bars at every pan position enforce first-in, first-out rotation and alert crew when to cook more.

Program up to 25 menu presets across 6 day parts, update via USB or Ethernet (KMS/Xenial Chef™ compatible), and the rackless interior cleans with a simple daily wipe-down. Available in pass-through and single-sided configurations in both 120V and 208–240V options.
