The Prince Castle PHB33 is a 3×3 product holding bin with a nine-pan capacity (1/3 size pans) across three shelves, featuring Prince Castle's vibrant LCD touchscreen interface. The large, colour display is visible from across the kitchen, allowing staff to quickly check the status of all nine pan positions — hold times, temperature zones, and cook-more alerts — without walking to the unit.

Patented multi-zone temperature controls double hold times for every food type, keeping fried foods crispy and cooked items tender simultaneously. Each of the nine positions (A1–A3, B1–B3, C1–C3) is independently monitored with timer countdown and automatic discard alerts.

The PHB33 ships as a single-sided unit but is designed to convert to a pass-through configuration, providing flexibility as your kitchen layout evolves. The rackless interior design ensures simple daily cleaning with no crevasses or hard-to-reach corners. A dedicated 120V/20A circuit is required for installation.
