The Prince Castle EHB34 is the highest-capacity extended holding bin in the series — a 3×4 configuration holding twelve 1/3 size pans (included with 6 lids) across three shelves and four pans wide. Designed for large QSR operations, multi-station assembly lines, and institutional kitchens that need maximum menu variety held at peak quality simultaneously.
Patented multi-zone temperature controls double hold times across all twelve pan positions, keeping fried foods crispy and cooked items tender without flavour transfer. Timer bars at each position enforce first-in, first-out rotation with cook-more alerts to prevent stockouts during rush periods.
Program up to 25 menu presets across 6 day parts, update via USB or Ethernet (KMS/Xenial Chef™ compatible), and clean the rackless interior with a simple daily wipe-down. Available in pass-through and single-sided configurations.
