The Prince Castle DHB2SS-27A is a single-sided dedicated holding bin with two shelves and a six-pan capacity (1/3 size pans). The single-sided configuration is designed for wall-mounted or back-of-line installations where front-only access is sufficient, providing the same precision holding performance in a more compact footprint.

Reli-A-Temp infrared heating technology spreads heat evenly across all pans without edge drop-off, while independent upper and lower heaters per cavity allow temperature adjustment from 150°F to 260°F (65°C to 127°C) per zone.

The MenuTrak food supervisory system tracks hold times per pan, programs up to six menus, and alerts staff when to discard and cook fresh. The patented pan indexing system ensures every pan sits in the correct position for consistent holding temperatures.
