The Prince Castle DHB2PT-20B is a dual-sided, pass-through dedicated holding bin with two shelves and a four-pan capacity (1/3 size pans). Designed for high-volume foodservice kitchens, the pass-through configuration allows crew members to access food from both sides of the unit, cutting reach distance and speeding up order assembly during rush periods.
Featuring Reli-A-Temp infrared heating technology, heat is spread evenly over food to prevent edge drop-off and maintain proper holding temperatures without overcooking. Independent upper and lower heaters per cavity are adjustable from 150°F to 260°F (65°C to 127°C).
Equipped with Prince Castle's MenuTrak food supervisory system — program up to six different menus, track individual pan hold times, and receive automatic alerts when product should be discarded and new batches started. The patented pan indexing system prevents incorrect pan placement and guarantees precise holding conditions.
