UHS-BQ-80-XL is a single-door heated banquet cabinet designed to hold up to (80) 12.375" pre-plated meals or a combination of bulk food pans and trays. It features removable, adjustable tray slides and heavy-duty no-sag shelves to support a wide variety of sizes including 18" x 26", 12" x 20", 14" x 18", 12" x 18", 10" x 20", and GN 1/1 containers. Equipped with FWE's Humi-Temp® heat and humidity system, this model ensures even circulation of hot, moist air to maintain food quality during extended holding or transport. Built-in handles, all-stainless construction, and heavy-duty casters make it ideal for mobile banquet service.
