Constructed with heliarc welded stainless steel, reinforced tubular base framing, Ultra-Guard high-density fiberglass insulation, and heavy-duty die-cast hinges, the PHU Series is built for long-term reliability. Heavy-duty casters, reinforced stress plates, and removable stainless steel components ensure durability in demanding foodservice environments.

It includes separate controls for temperature and moisture, enabling operators to fine-tune the holding environment to suit a wide variety of menu items. The PHU-4 accommodates up to (4) 18" x 26" sheet trays or (8) 12" x 20" steam table pans, offering adaptable storage for diverse kitchen needs.
