PHTT-6 Model Description
FWE's PHTT-6 is our half-sized version of a precision heated moisture holding cabinet, standing at just 43.75" high. This unit can handle six pairs of slides at standard 4.5" spacing. Our exclusive adjustable shelving system means users can add or subtract slides or shelves to accommodate their specific holding need. This unit can create valuable space by adding easily accessible heated holding for chefs on their make lines, or for additional storage wherever you may need it!
