An FWE dual-temperature transport cabinet (UHRS-7-7) that holds hot food on one side and cold food on the other, for caterers, hospitals and banquet halls moving full meals.
Each side takes "HOT" or "COLD" forced air, so salads stay crisp beside hot entrées, and adjustable universal slides at 5" spacing take various trays, pans and Gastro-Norm. Side by side gasket-sealed stainless doors with SaniGuard handles close the insulated cabinet; it self-defrosts and rolls on six 6" multi-terrain quiet ride casters inside a full bumper.
