The HLC-2127-9-9 consists of two individually temperature controlled compartments for the ultimate in foodservice flexibility. Controls are up-front and easy to read and set. No guesswork is needed. Simply dial in the temperature selection for each cavity from 90 - 190F and walk away!

The standard fixed rack holds 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 26" sheet trays or GN containers on removable and adjustable shelves making this one the most versatile heated cabinets. Optional universal pan / tray adjustable slides are available to fit a wide variety of half and full size US pans and GN containers. Both configurations allow the operator to accommodate several different menu items simultaneously and future menu changes!

Stainless steel is the preferred material for restaurant equipment for two reasons: Stainless steel is durable and easy to clean. Unlike much of our competition, our equipment is all stainless steel from the fully welded stainless steel base frame, to the outside body and doors. High density fiberglass insulation is used throughout the top, back, bottom, sides and door to prevent heat loss.
