Seller guide
How selling on Norpex works
Six steps, start to finish. Read the sixth one before you list anything — it is the part most marketplaces are vague about and we are not.
Step 1
You apply
One short form: the business name, and optionally a GST number and the postal code you ship or hand equipment over from. It takes a minute and it does not list anything.
Step 2
We review the business
A Norpex moderator checks that there is a real operating business behind the account. This is the step that keeps the marketplace worth browsing, and it is why the account starts as pending rather than live.
Step 3
You complete your storefront
A tagline, a short description, and the region you release equipment from. Buyers see the region, never your full postal code, and never a phone number.
Step 4
You list equipment
Photos, condition, model, price. Every listing is reviewed before it appears on the public marketplace — the same way the seller account was.
Step 5
A buyer asks Norpex for a quote
Enquiries do not go to a public inbox. They arrive as a Norpex quote request, so the first contact a buyer has is with a person who can price delivery.
Step 6
You and the buyer settle it
Payment and handover happen between the two of you. Norpex introduces, quotes and coordinates — it does not take the payment.
What Norpex does not do
- Norpex does not take payment for marketplace equipment and does not hold money between a buyer and a seller.
- There is no inspection clock and no claims desk. Condition is what the seller states and what the photos show.
- Used equipment carries no Norpex warranty. New equipment from the catalogue is a different arrangement entirely.
