Description
Winholt's standard non-insulated heater proofer with the analog control drawer. One cabinet proofs dough and holds hot food: proof mode reaches 95% relative humidity at 110°F, heat mode holds up to 180°F, and forced air keeps the temperature even. It takes up to 35 full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans.
The standard cabinet also comes with an LED digital drawer (NHPL-1836C-DGT), and the insulated version is the INHPL-1836C.
