Description
Non-insulated mobile heater proofer from Winholt's universal runner line, with the analog control drawer. One cabinet proofs dough and holds hot food: proof mode reaches 95% relative humidity at 110°F, heat mode holds up to 180°F, and forced air keeps the temperature even through the cabinet.
The adjustable universal runners take sheet pans or steam table pans, up to 25 full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, loaded from the bottom up. The same cabinet with an LED digital read-out is the NHPL-1825-UNC-DGT; the insulated version, which keeps its heat when it is unplugged, is the INHPL-1825-UNC.
