Description
Insulated mobile heater proofer from Winholt's universal runner line. One cabinet proofs dough and holds hot food: proof mode reaches 95% relative humidity at 110°F, heat mode holds up to 180°F, and forced air keeps the temperature even through the cabinet.
The adjustable universal runners take up to 25 full-size 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, and the insulated cabinet keeps its heat when it is unplugged. This model has the analog control drawer; the same cabinet with an LED digital read-out is the INHPL-1825-UNC-DGT.
