- A Visvardis natural gas shawarma and gyro machine with 6 burners and a 66-100 lbs (30-45 kg) meat capacity, imported from Greece, for gyro and shawarma counters.
- The motor sits at the bottom, away from the heat, and patented moveable rear heating elements change the heat on the meat without moving the spit. Each burner has its own control with ceramic plates and minimum flame adjustment, and the burner mesh and drip tray come out for cleaning. A meat shovel is included; skewer stands and extra spits are sold separately.
- Check before ordering: A licensed gas fitter connects the natural gas; the spit motor runs on 110V. It carries CE approval; ask us what approval your local inspector requires before ordering. It is 20.9" wide, 25.25" deep and 32.6" high at 73 lb, with a 24.75" spit; install it under a hood.
