About this item
- A Somerset SDR-400 dough rounder that turns out up to 7,200 pieces per hour, made in America, for pizzerias and bakeries making balls for pizza, tortillas, pita and flatbread.
- It rounds pieces from 1oz (50g) to over 36oz (1kg) into airtight balls of uniform shape and size with no adjustment for size, and one person runs it. The auger and drum are synthetic, the intake resists sticking, the bearings are permanently lubricated, and it stands on 4” adjustable stainless steel legs.
- Check before ordering: It runs on a 3/4 HP gear motor at 115v/60Hz; order that version, not the 220v/50Hz one, and ask us about the plug. Plan 21" of width, 14" of depth and 32" of height for its 225 lb; the SDR-400T table is optional. Plan who portions the pieces: it rounds, it does not divide.
- High production; 7,200 pieces per hour.
