The MEAT 1500 is built for operations that treat dry aging as a program, not an experiment. With 661 lbs of internal storage behind two full-size doors, 6 shelf positions, and a 4-hook rail system rated to 110 lbs, this is the cabinet that supports high-volume steakhouses running aged ribeyes as a menu staple, multi-unit restaurant groups filling weekly dry-aged features, and grocery retailers dedicating serious case space to premium dry-aged beef. The dual-door layout lets operators hang bone-in primals on one side while portioned cuts age on shelves on the other — or load the entire cabinet with shelved product for maximum throughput.
