The FISH 1500 is the largest dedicated fish aging cabinet in the Meatico line — a full-size, double-door unit with 396 lbs of internal storage, 6 shelf positions, and a 4-hook rail system rated to 110 lbs. This is the cabinet for high-volume sushi operations, multi-concept seafood restaurants, luxury hotel food and beverage programs, and premium fish markets that age product at scale. The dual-door layout allows operators to separate species, manage different aging timelines side by side, or dedicate one compartment to whole hanging fish and the other to portioned fillets on shelves. Meatico's iFish Soft-Air ventilation system ensures that even at this volume, airflow remains gentle and calibrated — circulating evenly through the chamber without the aggressive force that damages delicate fish tissue and compromises the aging process.
