The FISHtouch touchscreen controller handles environmental management and HACCP data logging, with WiFi and Bluetooth feeding real-time conditions to the Meatico app for remote monitoring. Mirror-polished stainless steel interior, black plastic-coated stainless steel exterior, U. V. germicidal lamps, internal lighting, and key lock security are all standard.
