Designed with a highly-polished, 1″ thick steel plate griddle surface, this unit is well-suited for cooking a variety of foods; from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese, and even burgers!
The steel construction delivers the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery, ensuring your products will be cooked to perfection. This unit has three burners, each with a heating power of 30,000 BTU. Aeration baffles situated between the burners guarantee that heat is evenly distributed across the surface. Plus, each burner has an adjustable gas valve control and a continuous pilot light for added precision and efficiency when cooking.
This unit is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature through even your busiest hours. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature a heat protection grip, keeping your staff safe even when the griddle is at its hottest temperature.
