The whole top is a 36 in griddle plate on individual standing pilots, and the oven below has a porcelain-coated interior with 2 racks on a 3-position guide. Total input is 153,000 BTU/hr on natural gas or 136,000 BTU/hr on propane, and a conversion kit comes with it.
