The Eurodib M40A220ETL is a 40 qt. (37 L) gear-driven planetary floor mixer with three speeds, for bakeries, restaurants and caterers mixing batters, creams, cake and cookie doughs in volume. It runs on 220 V three-phase power and is hardwired.
Eurodib rates it for occasional bread or pizza dough: 17.5 lb (8 kg) of flour, about 29.5 lb (13.5 kg) of dough, per batch. For bread or pizza dough every day, a spiral mixer is the usual choice.
