- Paddles keep each drink moving without froth or oxidation, an adjustable thermostat sets the cooling, the stainless steel two-piece taps reduce drips through a mesh filter, and the clear polycarbonate tanks lift off for cleaning. A forced air-cooled hermetic compressor on R134A does the cooling; it is made in Italy.
