An EcoFry Spriz 16” speed oven (EFE16B, the non-ventless model), for cafés, pizza counters and bars finishing pizzas, sandwiches and snacks quickly under a hood.
Its 18-1/2” x 18” x 8-1/2” chamber has fan settings from 1850 RPM up to 3300 RPM, a digital LCD panel with Wi-Fi and a USB port, a holding temperature selector, LED lighting and a cool door. A removable drip tray, a pizza peel, a pizza tray and a 12” x 12” non-stick liner come with it.

- It is not ventless: plan an exhaust hood as your local authority requires, or ask us about the EFE16VB.
