Prática – Fit ST Speed Oven, Double Magnetron

The Prática Fit ST is a high-speed oven engineered for efficiently finalizing refrigerated, fresh, or frozen foods — breakfast sandwiches, chicken wings, muffins, lasagnas, mac & cheese, sub sandwiches, and other partially prepared dishes. It delivers excellent flavour, appearance, and crispiness by combining impinged air and microwave technology to heat, brown, or toast food faster than traditional cooking methods.

Two 1,100-watt magnetrons — double the power of the Fit SM — work alongside independently controlled high-speed impinged air for faster throughput on higher-volume menus. The unit stores unlimited recipes across 16 groups with up to 8 steps each, operated through a user-friendly touchscreen panel.

Wi-Fi and wired RJ45 connectivity enable remote management via Prática's IOK online platform for system updates and recipe import/export, with a USB port providing the same functionality on-site.

Certified ventless with EPA 202 certification, the Fit ST eliminates the need for a vent hood. The catalytic converter removes easily for hassle-free cleaning, and an on-screen daily cleaning guide with explanatory videos walks staff through the process. Unlike the Fit SM, the Fit ST is stackable — up to two ovens can be double-stacked to maximize output without expanding the counter footprint, with each cavity independently powered.
