- Each 12” section is controlled individually from 150-500°F, a 3.25” deep front grease trap feeds a 5” x 20” removable grease tray, and it stands on heavy-duty 4” adjustable legs. It is made in Turkey with ETL Electrical, ETL Sanitation and CE approval.
- Check before ordering: It is hard wired on 208 V three-phase at 45 Amps (16,800 W); it is field convertible to single phase (77A). An electrician sizes the circuit.
