About this item
  • A BakeMax America BADCO5G floor-model double-stacked gas convection oven rated 360,000 BTU, with 24 rack positions at 1.5” spacing, for bakeries and busy kitchens baking and roasting in volume.
  • A solid state thermostat runs 150-500°F (65-260°C) under digital controls, a ¾ HP blower with reversible rotation circulates the air, and a safety system cuts the fan when a door opens. The porcelain-enameled cavities have rounded corners and removable rack supports, the doors have double glass windows and lift off for cleaning, and halogen lights show the bake.
  • Check before ordering: Tell us your gas: the record lists gas type "Both". A licensed gas fitter connects it, and an electrician hard wires the 240 V, 9 A (1,440 W) supply. It is 38" wide, 46.6" deep and 71.4" high at 913 lb; measure doorways and the hood above it. Place it under an exhaust hood as your local authority requires.
