Phase
Single phase is the ordinary supply most plug-in equipment uses (120 V or 208 to 240 V). Three phase is a heavier commercial supply that large ovens, fryers and dishwashers use; an electrician can confirm which your building has. - Single phase
- Plug
NEMA plug
The NEMA code names the shape of the plug and the outlet it fits (for example 5-15P is the standard 15 A, 120 V plug). The outlet at the counter has to match it, or an electrician fits one that does. - NEMA 5-15P

The gas inside the cooling circuit. R-290 (propane) and R-600a are the newer low-impact refrigerants most makers now use; a service technician works with whichever one the unit holds. - R-600A
