About this item
- A compact stainless steel electric pasta sheeter with 8.66” rollers, for restaurants making flat noodles and fresh pasta sheets in house.
- The roller opening adjusts from 0” - 0.19” (0 - 5 mm), so a sheet goes from thick to thin in a few passes, and a 190 W / 0.25 hp motor turns the rollers. The stainless steel body wipes clean, and it is built in Italy for restaurants and demanding home use.
- Check before ordering: It plugs into a 5-15 P outlet on 110V / 60Hz / 1Ph. It needs 8.5" x 14" of counter and 10" of height, and weighs 35.5 lb. Sheets come out no wider than the 8.66” rollers; for wider sheets choose a larger machine.
