- The head turns at 110 RPM through a throat opening of approx. 2", and it comes with a 5/16 plate and a knife. At 65 lb it is a counter machine, built in Italy.
- Check before ordering: It plugs into a 5-20 P outlet on 110V / 60Hz / 1Ph, so it needs a 20 A receptacle. It comes with the 5/16 plate only; order other plates if you grind to more than one texture. Place it on a solid counter near a sink for daily cleaning.
