A SilverKing 92″ refrigerated prep table (SKPZ92-EDUS1) with six full-extension drawers and a pan well of twelve 1/3 size pans, for high-volume pizza and sandwich lines.
The pan well comes with twelve (12) 1/3 size pans (6" deep) under two hinged, insulated, removable stainless steel lids, the drawers accommodate twelve full-size 12" x 20" x 6" hotel pans with dividers, and three 19" deep polyurethane cutting boards lift out. It holds 36 to 40°F (2.2 to 4.4°C) with foamed-in-place insulation, an aluminum interior with coved corners and a stainless steel exterior.
