A SilverKing 72″ refrigerated prep table (SKPZ72-EDUS2) with five full-extension drawers and nine 1/3 size pans in the well, for pizza and sandwich lines.
The well comes with nine (9) 1/3 size pans (4" deep) under two hinged, insulated lids, and the drawers take four full-size pans 6" deep, six full-size pans 4" deep and three 1/2 size pans 4" deep. Three 19" deep cutting boards lift out, and it holds 36 to 40°F (2.2 to 4.4°C) behind a stainless steel exterior.
