A SilverKing 48″ refrigerated prep table (SKP4812A-ESUS1) with twelve 1/6 size pans in the top well and two doors below, for sandwich and salad lines.
The pan well includes twelve 1/6 size pans (6" deep) with pan adapters under a stainless steel lid with a rear hood, and the doors open onto 8.3ft3 of storage with four heavy-gauge wire shelves. It holds 36 to 40°F (2.2 to 4.4°C), has an aluminum interior with coved corners, and a 10" deep cutting board lifts out.
