A SilverKing 97″ refrigerated chef base (SKRCB97H-EDUS1) with six full-extension drawers holding twelve full-size hotel pans, for long cook lines with griddles and broilers on top.
The drawers take twelve 12" W x 20" H x 6" D pans with dividers at 36 to 40°F (2.2 to 4.4°C), the flat top has corner brackets and handles, and the aluminum interior has coved corners behind a stainless steel exterior. It rolls on six 4" heavy-duty soft casters (non-locking).
