About this item
- An electric poppy seed grinder with a grind that adjusts from extra fine to coarse and an average output of 14 kg an hour, for bakeries that grind their own poppy seed.
- The ground seed collects in a plastic drawer that holds up to 800 grams, so a bakery can grind one filling batch at a time, and the removable parts are dishwasher safe. An induction motor turns at 1800 RPM, and the machine takes 23" x 12" of counter.
- Check before ordering: It plugs into a standard 5-15 P outlet on 110V / 60Hz / 1Ph and draws 5.9 A. Allow 16" of height and room in front to slide the drawer out. On longer runs, plan to empty the 800 gram drawer as it fills.
- This poppy seed grinder by Santos has grinding adjustment perfect for extra fine to coarse setting.
