The single-magnetron version of Prática's stackable Fit ST speed oven. It cooks with impinged air, one microwave magnetron and infrared heat, finishing chilled, fresh or frozen items such as breakfast sandwiches, subs, wings and lasagna far faster than a conventional oven. The cavity takes a 12" pizza or two open-faced 12" sandwiches.
The 16.7" tall body fits a 24" deep counter, and two ovens stack to double output in the same footprint. A catalytic converter makes it ventless, so no hood is needed. Recipes are stored on the touchscreen (unlimited, up to eight steps each) and can be managed over Wi-Fi through Prática's IoK platform.
