- Four automatic programs cover classic gelato, semi-soft gelato, granita and rapid cooling, an inverter sets paddle speed from 60–130 rpm for each recipe, and an NTC probe holds the finished gelato at temperature. The 6.3 qt. (6 L) bowl takes up to 3.7 qt. (3.5 L) of mix, a removable scraper empties it fully, and an integrated drain helps cleaning. It runs on R290 and is made in Italy.
