Shipping is calculated at checkout for supported items and Canadian delivery addresses, and confirmed before you pay.

We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery takes 7–10 business days after it ships.

Ranges, refrigeration, furniture and other heavy items ship by freight carrier. Tell us if you need a liftgate, a delivery appointment or inside delivery.

These are estimates: freight bookings, special-order items, remote addresses and carrier delays can add time. If your order runs late, we will email you.

All sales at Norpex are final: commercial equipment, smallwares, tabletop and supplies cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged, missing or wrong items are made right when reported on time, so inspect every delivery before signing for it.

Checkout runs on Stripe; card numbers never reach Norpex. A card is authorized at checkout and charged only after we confirm availability with the supplier; if the order cannot be filled, the hold is released.

Klarna and Afterpay plans are approved and set at checkout. Bank transfer and Interac e-Transfer are offered at checkout too.

If another Canadian store sells this same model new and in stock for less, delivered to your postal code, send it to us before you buy and we'll match their delivered price. Marketplaces, clearance and used items don't qualify.

A matched price is paid by Interac e-Transfer or bank deposit.

Norpex is a business name of 12756528 Canada Inc.. Orders ship from our fulfillment center or the supplier's Canadian warehouse, whichever is closest to you.
